If you wish to return an item for exchange or you have decided not to keep it, please call us for details. Please return the goods stating the order number. Complete the details on the reverse side of your delivery note and send it back to us together with the products original packaging and labeling within 28 days of the date of delivery. We will exchange for the full value or refund the cost of the item(s). For special orders or larger orders the 28 day returns policy does not apply and we recommend obtaining a sample to ensure the product meets your specification. Please call for details.
It is important to check all items received within 24 hours and report any damages within 48 hours of delivery in order to return damaged items.
All returned goods must be in a new and unused condition in their orginal packaging together with a copy of your original receipt for a refund/credit to be offered within 28 days. If you wish to return any item due to it being faulty please call to report the fault as it may be possible to fix the fault on-site. If you need to return your product always complete your full details and stating the order number on the reverse side of your delivery note or invoice giving details of the fault. Make sure you send it back to us in suitable packaging to ensure the unit is not damaged in transit.
We will exchange the item or refund the full cost of the items purchased together with standard delivery charges but excluding any next day or international delivery charges. If you are in any doubt, please contact our customer service department.
